    Your holiday itinerary

    DAY 1
    Arrive at the Srinagar International Airport. Transfer and check in to your houseboat at Dal Lake. Srinagar is known for its beautiful lakes, charming houseboats and traditional Kashmiri handicrafts. Kashmiri boats called Shikaras are used to explore the intricate maze of waterways on the lake. In the evening, enjoy panoramic views of the mountains surrounding Srinagar on a Shikara ride and see the famed floating vegetable market.

    Day 2

    After a hearty breakfast, check out from your hotel. Enjoy a scenic drive to Pahalgam which is popularly known as the Valley of Shepherds. On arrival, check in to your hotel in Pahalgam. Be amazed by the beauty of this lush valley, where the Lidder and Sheshnag rivers meet. Dotted with snow-capped peaks and sprawling meadows Pahalgam is one of Kashmir valley's most stunning towns.

    DAY 3
    Begin the day with a scrumptious breakfast and continue on your guided tour of Pahalgam. Enjoy the panoramic views of Pahalgam and Lidder Valley on the way to Aru Valley, a scenic spot which is 11 km upstream from the Lidder River. Visit Chandanwari which is the starting point of the sacred Amarnath Yatra and a popular spot for snow sledging. En-route, you can visit Hagan or Betaab valley, an idyllic picnic spot cut by the Lidder River with green pastures on both sides of the banks. Later, return to your hotel and spend the day at leisure.

    Day 4

    Enjoy a delicious breakfast and check out from your hotel. Proceed to Gulmarg, the ‘Meadow of Flowers’ and enjoy scenic views of lush green pastures and snow-capped mountains. Upon arrival in Gulmarg, check in to your hotel and relax.

    DAY 5
    After breakfast, go on a guided tour and explore the sublime landscapes of Gulmarg. Experience the gondola ride which offers exquisite panoramic views of the snow clad Himalayan peaks fringed with pine trees. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

    Day 6

    Enjoy breakfast and check out from your hotel. Drive back to Srinagar and in the afternoon, visit the ancient Mughal Gardens situated on the banks of Dal Lake. The ancient Mughal garden of Nishat Bagh is adorned by seven terraces with beautiful water channels. Other popular gardens include Shalimar Bagh, Pari Mahal and Chashma Shahi. Later, visit the Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted silk carpets, shawls and ornaments. In the evening, check in to your hotel and relax.

    DAY 7
    After a sumptuous breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Srinagar International Airport. Board your flight and return home with wonderful memories of your holiday.
