Day1 | Arrive at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo and transfer to Kandy via Pinnawala. Visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a sanctuary populated with over 80 retired, abused or orphaned elephants. Upon arrival in Kandy, transfer to your hotel and check in. Spend the rest of your day at leisure or explore the hilly city of Kandy on your own. Enjoy a lovely dinner before returning to your hotel. |

Day2 | After a delicious breakfast, take a guided city tour of Kandy. Visit the Temple of Tooth which is home to the relic of the tooth of Buddha. Stroll amidst nature at the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens and discover over 300 different varieties of orchids, medicinal plants and palm trees. Visit the Gem Museum which has a beautiful collection of precious stones and in the evening enjoy a traditional cultural dance show at an additional cost. End your day with a delicious dinner. |

Day3 | Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and check out from your hotel. Continue your journey to Bentota and go on an exciting guided tour. Enjoy a boat ride along the Madhu River, catch a glimpse of the forests, mangroves and experience the wilderness. You may also opt to visit the Turtle Hatchery at an additional cost. The hatchery is a prime turtle nesting site where you can see huge tanks filled with new born turtle hatchlings that are released into the sea after being fed. Check-in to your hotel in Bentota and end your day with a lovely dinner. |

Day4 | Enjoy your breakfast and check out from your hotel to travel to Colombo. Take a tour of the capital and explore the highlights of the city. Visit the many historical and religious sites of Colombo including the historic and bustling Fort and Pettah, the elite residential Cinnamon Gardens, the Galle Face Green, Viharamahadevi Park and much more. End the day with a scrumptious dinner and spend a relaxed stay at your hotel. |

Day5 | After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to the Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo. Board on your flight and return back home with great memories of your holiday. |
