Your two day holiday
| Day1 | Arrive at Colombo and transfer to your hotel in Kandy. On your way to Kandy, visit the the famous elephant sanctuary of the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage for a memorable experience. Arrive in Kandy and check in to your hotel. Spend some leisure time or relax by the beach side. Later, you may choose to take a tour of Kandy that includes a visit to Market Square, Kandy shopping, Gem shops, Bathik factory and the Wood carving factory. In the evening visit the Lake of Kandy, followed by a visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Witness the cultural dance of Sri Lanka, before you return to your hotel. |
| Day2 | After scrumptious breakfast, take a tour of the hill stations of Nuwara Eliya. Also known as “Little England", this city is set against a beautiful backdrop filled with mountains, valleys, waterfalls and tea Plantations. Visit the Botanical Garden and the lake. Later return to the hotel and spend some relaxing time. Return to your hotel and relax. Later, check out from your hotel and proceed to airport to return home after your refreshing weekend. |
