Your holiday itinerary

Day1	Arrival- Almaty Arrive at the Almaty International Airport and transfer to your resort. Check-in at the Lesnaya Skazka Resort, set in the Ile-Alatau National Park, and spend the rest of the day at leisure .
Day2	Adventures in the Resort Relish a delicious breakfast and spend the entire day relaxing at the resort. You can opt for several activities at the resort, such as a spa session or horse riding or taking a ride on the rope way. Or if you prefer to stay indoors, you can access free WiFi at the resort for your personal work.
Day3	City Tour Enjoy a delightful breakfast and check-out from the mountain resort. Transfer to the city hotel and check-in. We start the city tour at 10 AM; visit the Presidential Palace, Central National Museum, the Republic Square, the Monument of Independence, Abai Opera and Ballet Theatre, the park of the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, the Saint Voznesensky Cathedral, the Museum of National Instruments, Abai Square, and the Green Bazaar. You will also get to visit Medeo, a mountain ice-skating rink, for a fun and relaxing time. Return to hotel.
Day4	Ski Adventures Indulge in an early hearty breakfast and head to the fascinating Shymbulak Ski Resort. You will take a cable car, approximately 3600m above sea level, from Medeo skating rink to the Shymbulak Ski resort. Enjoy your skiing adventures here for the day. Later, in the evening, return to hotel.
Day5	Departure Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast and check-out of your hotel. Transfer to the Almaty International Airport for your flight home. Bon voyage!

Cancellation policy

*In the event of a cancellation, 10% of the holiday amount is non-refundable. Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. If the cancellation is received prior to 45 days or more of departure, full price of the non-refundable tickets will be deducted; 44 - 31 days prior to departure, 25% of the total amount will be deducted; if the holiday is cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to departure 50% of the total amount will be deducted; if the trip is cancelled 14 - 10 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount will be deducted; and if the trip is cancelled 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted. In case of any non-refundable tickets, the entire amount of the ticket is deducted.
