What's not covered

In addition to the General Exclusions outlined in the Policy wording, this coverage does not extend to any losses arising from the situations listed above.

  1. aVisa applications submitted before the policy issuance date.
  2. bDelays in submitting the visa application that result in insufficient processing time before the trip.
  3. cSituations where the trip has commenced but the visa has not yet been issued by the relevant consulate.
  4. dFailure of the Insured Person to attend a pre-scheduled visa application appointment.
  5. eAny past or ongoing criminal proceedings, lawsuits, or similar actions against the Insured Person.
  6. fSubmission of fraudulent, or forged documents during the visa application process.
  7. gVisa applications rejected for durations exceeding the planned trip period.
  8. hA damaged passport.
  9. iA passport that is invalid or no longer valid for travel.
  10. jSubmission of an invalid reference letter.
  11. kFailure to demonstrate sufficient financial means to support the trip.
