BULGARIA - VISA REQUIREMENTS : 

• Application form
• All documents must be in English, translated to English, or in an official Swiss language
• One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months), size must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a light background. Photo glued on application form. Head covers are not permitted except for religious reasons.
• Passport
• Proof of accommodation for each night as per the entire intended trip in Schengen (for example confirmed hotel reservation(s), copy of rental contract or proof of residential property).
• Copy of flight reservation (incl. return flight).
• Travel insurance
• Personal bank statements showing the movements over the last 3 months or other verifiable evidence of sufficient means of subsistence during intended stay.
• Company letter of your employer and valid trade license OR NOC letter spouse/children
• United Arab Emirates or Bahrain resident permit has to be valid for another three months (3) after the intended departure from the Schengen States.
• Household employees - Letter of your employer / sponsor

NOTE:

During the visa processing time, no passport withdrawal is possible

Bulgaria Consulate reserves the right to ask for additional supporting documents and/or a personal interview

5. The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
6. There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
7. In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
8. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa. 

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
