Visa requirements
Visa on Arrival:
- Passport must be valid for more than 6 months
- UAE residence visa must be valid for a minimum 1 month after return date.
- Visas on arrival are subject to immigration approval sometimes
- Certain nationalities holding a UAE residence visa with less than 1 year validity may be required to apply for a visa.
Cancellation Policy
- Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1000 will be Non-refundable.
- Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
- 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
- Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
Notes
- Passports should be valid at least 6 months beyond the period of stay.
- It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
- Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
- Check-in at the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & check-out is always 11:00/12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
