CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Once confirmed, booking fees of Aed 1500 will be Non-refundable.
- Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
- 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
- Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

- There will be a supplement charge of AED 195.00 per person per transfer for arrivals and departures between 11pm and 6am.
- Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event in the city.
- We will need full payment of the tour 30-days prior to departure date.
