VIETNAM - eVISA REQUIREMENTS :
- Documents required:
- Passport with validity of 6 months.
- Photographs in white background.
- Processing time: 7 working days
- eVisa Fee: AED 95 per person
Note: Few Nationalities may take longer than the normal processing time.
Details required for each applicant:
- Applicant's Address in resident country,
- Emergency contact person - name, resident address, telephone number and relation.
- Current profession - Company Name, address, position and telephone number.
- Religion of applicant.
- Purpose of travel (tourist or business).
- Previous Travel to Vietnam.
Note:
- Dubai and northern Emirates residence visa holders must submit their application in VFS Dubai with prior appointment.
- Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Visa holders, submit the application in the Embassy of SA in Abu Dhabi only as a walk-in on Monday. Above requirements and charges are for Dubai/Northern Emirates visa holders only.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
- Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
- 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
- Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted
- Please note that in the event of a flight cancellation, a full refund or credit will be offered. However, if the client chooses to cancel the booking, the cancellation will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy
