VISA REQUIREMENTS - KAZAKHSTAN:
- Any Indian Passport Holder is eligible for Visa on Arrival.
Below procedure with Kazakh Consulate in Dubai:
- We can arrange appointment with the Consulate, which are subject to availability.
- Provide your personal information (full name, contact number);
- Briefly describe the reason for applying;
- Pre-submit documents for review, such as Passport, UAE visa & Invitation letter;
Documents required:
- Passport with validity of 6 Months,
- UAE residence visa with minimum validity of 3 months,
- Two recent Photograph in white background,
- NOC from Employer in Original,
- Ticket reservation,
- Travel Insurance
- Invitation letter (will take 8-15 working days).
Note: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Visa holders can walk-in to the Embassy of Kazakh in Abu Dhabi with required documents.
Visa fee: AED 225 per person to be paid at the Consulate
Assistance charges – AED 100 per person
Processing time for stamping: 1-2 working days after appointment
*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
