Day1	ARRIVAL IN ALMATY Arrive in Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan. Meeting & greeting at the airport. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day2	ALMATY CITY TOUR & KOK TOBE EXCURSION Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark for a city tour of Almaty. We will discover : The Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Zenkov Cathedral, the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, Arbat. The Square of the Republic and Monument of Independence and more places to explore! Later, continue to the recreational park Kok Tobe by a cable car. Return to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day3	MEDEO, SHYMBULAK MOUNTAIN RESORT Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, Excursion to the world’s largest high-mountain skating rink – Medeu and Shymbulak mountain resort. Start your day early by heading to the Medeu Skating Rink. Medeu is one of the highest skating rinks in the world and is famous for its picturesque setting in the mountains. After spending some time at Medeu, take the cable car from the Medeu area to Shymbulak Ski Resort. Shymbulak is a popular ski resort located in the same area. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day4	DAY AT LEISURE OR ( OPTIONAL TOUR - OI QARAGAI LESNAYA or CHARYN CANYON & KOLSAI LAKE ) After breakfast, you can explore the city on your own or opt for the optional tours. MOUNTAIN RESORT - OI - QARAGAI - LESNAYA SKAZKA : After breakfast, we will discover the Mountain Resort «Oi-Qaragai Lesnaya Skazka. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel. CHARYN CANYON & KOLSAI LAKE : After breakfast, we will proceed towards Charyn Canyon & Kolsai Lake. Charyn Canyon and Kolsai Lakes are two popular natural attractions located in Kazakhstan. They offer breathtaking landscapes and outdoor activities for people who want to experience the beauty of nature. Overnight stay at a hotel. VISA REQUIREMENTS - KAZAKHSTAN

• Any Indian Passport Holder is eligible for Visa on Arrival.

Below procedure with Kazakh Consulate in Dubai:

• We can arrange appointment with the Consulate, which are subject to availability
• Provide your personal information (full name, contact number)
• Briefly describe the reason for applying
• Pre-submit documents for review, such as Passport, UAE visa & Invitation letter

Documents required:

• Passport with validity of 6 Months
• UAE residence visa with minimum validity of 3 months
• Two recent Photograph in white background
• NOC from Employer in Original
• Ticket reservation
• Travel Insurance
• Invitation letter (will take 8-15 working days)

Note: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Visa holders can walk-in to the Embassy of Kazakh in Abu Dhabi with required documents.

Visa fee: AED 225 per person to be paid at the Consulate

Processing time for stamping: 1-2 working days after appointmen

Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets.
• 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost
• 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost
• 14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
• 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing
• In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
• Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

• Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise
• 14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
• Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability
