Visa requirements
- Application form
- Passport must be valid for a minimum 03 months from the date of return with 02 consecutive blank pages.
- All documents must be in English, translated to English, or in an official Swiss language.
- One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months), size must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a light background. Photo glued on application form. Head covers are not permitted except for religious reasons.
- Proof of accommodation for each night as per the entire intended trip in Schengen (for example confirmed hotel reservation(s), copy of rental contract or proof of residential property).
- Copy of flight reservation (incl. return flight).
- Travel insurance
- Personal bank statements showing the movements over the last 3 months or other verifiable evidence of sufficient means of subsistence during intended stay.
- Company letter of your employer and valid trade license OR NOC letter spouse/children
- UAE or Bahrain resident permit has to be valid for another three months (3) after the intended departure from the Schengen States.
Cancellation Policy
- Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
- Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
- 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
- Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
- Please note that in the event of a flight cancellation, a full refund or credit will be offered. However, if the client chooses to cancel the booking, the cancellation will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
