INDONESIA - VISA REQUIREMENTS  FOR NON-INDIAN NATIONALS : 

Following documents are required for an Indonesia Visa:

• A duly filled application form (we will assist).

• Original & copy of valid passport with two blank pages (valid for at least 7 months).

• Copy of emirates id, and residency visa, if any

• Return ticket.

• Hotel or Accommodation reservation.

• Vaccine certificate of covid-19 (complete doses)

• Travel insurance covering covid-19

• 2 white background photos passport size.

• Last Original stamp 3 month bank statements with minimum of us$ 2000 or AED 8000

• At closing balance.

• No objection certificate (NOC) from employer or sponsor. The letter should state that the applicants must leave Indonesia after completing their visit

• Only for non-tourism: Invitation letter from Indonesian citizen for family visit, confirmation attendance for event/conference, or local sponsor company for business meeting/training with a copy of their Indonesian id.

• Duly filled the financial and health protocol declaration forms.

Processing time:minimum 5-7  working day

Visa Fee: AED 385 per person to be paid at the  Consulate  (for Tourism, Single Entry)

1. Submission document required by self-appearance by the applicant with prior appointment: Monday-Thursday 09:00-12:30. 
2. If the passport is withdrawn during the process, additional two working days are applied.

PAYMENT TERMS: 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

1. Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1,500 will be Non-refundable. 
2. Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable 
3. 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
4. Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

5. The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.

7. In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
8. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
9. Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.
