VISA REQUIREMENTS:

• Original Passport with a validity of 6 months (must have 2 blank pages), valid Residence Visa, EID copies.

• Photograph in white background, 45x35mm

• NOC letter with Salary from company/Sponsor

• 6 months bank statement in original with bank stamped; sufficient funds (Should not be 1 week old during submission day) Please note, cash deposits and other transfers (except salary) are not acceptable.

• Student ID & Bonafide (leave) certificate from School

• Copy of the old visas/travel history for any country (if any)

• Invitation letter, accommodation proof, Employment letter/Bank statement 

• Passport/UK visa copy of the inviting person in UK (If any relatives)

• Ticket & Hotel itinerary (we can assist)

• Marriage certificate / Birth Certificate (for dependent)

• Tenancy contract in English

• Any other proof of income or savings

Invitation letter from company in UK, for Business visa

• Company Trade License, for Business visa or Self Employed

All Applicants must visit VFS on the appointment date for biometric and Passport submission.*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

*We recommend opting for trip protection, priced at approximately $79 per person. Please note that children under the age of 5 are not allowed on this trip. All rates are subject to availability, and the details provided above are just a quote—no booking has been made yet. During peak season, surcharges may apply on certain dates. The itinerary is subject to change or swap without prior notice. For the third person sharing a room, an additional mattress or rollaway bed will be provided. No refunds will be given for any unutilized services or sightseeing. If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, alternative accommodations of a similar category will be arranged. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the necessary documents and visas for your trip. Please note that this is a fixed departure date, and no amendments or changes are possible.

*Please note: Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay .It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel .Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise .Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability
