Visa requirements : 

Please find the below requirements for China Visa:

• Original Passport with validity of minimum 6 months
• Residence visa must be continued for 6 months in UAE and validity minimum 6 months from travel dates
• Emirates ID copy
• Two passport size current picture with white background
• Original NOC letter from the company in UAE
• 3 months original bank statement
• Invitation letter from China government – required for some nationalities
• Invitation letter from China inviter's company
• Trade license of China inviter's company
• Company Trade Licence (for Self Employed/Business Visa)
• Flight booking
• Proper vaccination certificate generated by SEHA / DHA / Alhosn, etc. (MUST show the vaccination name), handwriting vaccination card might not be acceptable
• Still valid or recent expired China visa or China residency permit (if you have)
• Application form

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
• Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
• 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
• Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• Passengers 75 Years and above are not covered under the standard insurance we provide with Certain packages(additional charges may applied).
• Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
• In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.

• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
• Check-in at the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & check-out is always 11:00/12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.

• Quoted Price is based on 15/30 passenger travelling together if any changes in number of passenger, price will change.

Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
