SINGAPORE - VISA REQUIREMENTS:

1. Application Form 14A duly completed and signed by the applicant without writing date (We will require details for the attached Questionnaire to complete the online 14A form for your signature)
2. Two recent passport-size photographs with white background, dark color dress up, photo should not be used in any previous visas or passport, without glass, teeth should not be visible (must share digital copy & hard copy in matte finish).
3. Original Passport - must have a validity of more than 6 months upon entry in Singapore.
4. Copy of the Passport, UAE residence visa page & Emirates ID
5. Flight reservation.
6. Hotel reservation.
7. Original SALARY CERTIFICATE or NOC with Salary.
8. Letter of Invitation(LOI) with Singapore resident ID copy for L2 Nationals only.

Note: We will submit the application on behalf of the applicant. Applicants must send the above documents to the nearest branch after signature.

Documents required for documentation:

1. Passport, visa and EID copy
2. Questionnaire details

Processing Time: 4-5 working days for L1 Nationals & 5-7 working days for L2 Nationals.

Visa Fee- AED 100 per person (Single entry, including Visa fee and assistance charges)

• The cancellation policy varies according to the dates of your reservation.

• Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
• In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
• Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

*Please note: Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay .It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel .Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise .Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability
