Later, proceed to Rajghat- the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial and visit Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar- the tallest brick minaret in the world. You could also opt for a soulful Sufi session at the Nizamuddin Dargah. Return to hotel after your sightseeing.
After a scrumptious breakfast, check-out from your hotel. Drive to the magical city of Agra; the allure of the Taj Mahal draws tourists to Agra like bees to honey. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and later take a half day city tour of Agra, a city that is believed to have been founded in 1504 but flourished much later. Visit the Red Fort and the architectural marvel, Taj Mahal. It is a mausoleum built to symbolize Emperor Shah Jehan’s devotion to his beloved queen, Mumtaz Mahal. Return to your hotel for a relaxed stay.
Relish a delicious breakfast and check-out of the hotel. Continue your journey to Jaipur and on your way, visit Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. About The Golden Triangle
India's golden triangle is a tourist circuit which connects Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. The Golden Triangle is so called because of the triangular shape formed by the locations of New Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan on India's map. New Delhi is the capital city of India and has a plethora of places to be explored, be it historical landmarks, vintage bazaars, or architectural marvels. Touring Delhi and New Delhi is always a feel-good experience with great food, culture and the local vibe you come across. Agra is on the world map for the iconic UNESCO World Heritage site, The Taj Mahal - a symbol of love and devotion. Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri are the other UNESCO World Heritage Sites here. Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan and is synonymously known as "the Pink City of India" for its trademark pink building colour. It was founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amer, in November 1726 and the city is named after him.
