JAPAN TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS :
Documents required for Japan Tourist Visa:
- Original Passport with validity of minimum 6 months (more than 2 blank pages).
- Valid UAE Residence visa.
- Emirates ID copy
- Passport size current picture with white background
- Original NOC letter from the company/Sponsor in UAE
- 3 months original bank statement (personal for tourist).
- Tour outline/List of participants/Schedule of stay (Activity plan) Itinerary (for Tourist Visa)

- Visa Fee - AED 130 per person (For Indian Nationals)
- Visa Fee - AED 185 per person (Other Nationalities)
If normal appointments are not available premium appointment charges will be additional AED 385.

Note: Applicants must visit VFS with prior appointment for Visa submission. Residents of Emirates of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, can submit applications at VFS Dubai and for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain at VFS Abu Dhabi.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1,500 will be Non-refundable.
- Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
- 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
- Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
Terms & Conditions
- Twin rooms will be allocated due to the standard configuration of rooms typically provided for groups in Japan.
- A child above 10 years old will be considered as an adult.
- Rates are subject to availability.
- Above is just a quote, no booking has been made yet.
- Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
- Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
- The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
- There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
- In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
- You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
- Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.
*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
