Day1	ARRIVAL AT THE ALMATY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Meeting & greeting travel guide at the airport. From the airport transfer to the hotel, check-in. Overnight in hotel at Almaty.
Day2	EXCURSION TO MEDEO & SHYMBULAK AND ALMATY CITY TOUR Breakfast at the hotel. After scrumptious breakfast, Proceed for Medeo & Shymbulak excursion. Medeo ice rink situated at the height of 1691.2 meters above sea level is known around the world. Ski resort Shymbulak is situated in the picturesque ravine of Zailiyskiy Alatau Mountain on the height of 2260 meters above the sea level and 25 kilometers from the center of the city of Almaty. After lunch, we will proceed for the Almaty City Tour. On a city tour you will discover the Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Zenkov Cathedral, the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, Arbat, the Square of the Republic and Monument of Independence and more places to explore! Overnight stay in a hotel in Almaty. Meal: Breakfast.
Day3	DAY AT LEISURE / - (OPTIONAL TOUR MOUNTAIN RESORT «OI-QARAGAI LESNAYA SKAZKA WITH HUNTING BIRD SHOW) Breakfast at the hotel. After a scrumptious breakfast, explore on your own or opt for optional Excursion to Mountain Resort «Oi-Qaragai Lesnaya Skazka with Hunting bird show. Oi-Qaragai is an all-season family mountain resort, also known to many under the name "Forest Fairy Tale". Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel, Almaty. Meal: Breakfast.   OPTIONAL TOUR MOUNTAIN RESORT «OI-QARAGAI LESNAYA SKAZKA WITH HUNTING BIRD SHOW COSTS – 335 aed per pax – based on minimum 2 pax. * ADDITIONALLY HUNTING BIRD TICKETING – 50 AED PER PERSON.
Day4	TRANSFER TO AIRPORT After Breakfast at the Hotel, proceed to check out from the hotel. Flight back home from Almaty International Airport. Meal: Breakfast.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. If the cancellation is received prior to 45 days or more of departure,20% of the holiday amount is non-refundable + Full cancellation for non-refundable tickets ; 44 - 31 days prior to departure, Non-refundable booking amount + 35% of the holiday cost will be deducted; if the holiday is cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to departure Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost will be deducted ; if the trip is cancelled 14 - 10 days prior to departure, Non-refundable booking amount + 75% of the holiday cost will be deducted; and if the trip is cancelled 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted. In case of non-refundable tickets, the entire amount of the ticket will be deducted.
