Your itinerary

Day1	Arrival – Check in the hotel Upon your arrival at Almaty International Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you have the rest of the day free to relax and settle in. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day2	City tour & Kok tobe After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a panoramic tour of Almaty. Visit Panfilov Park, where you can see the famous Zenkov Cathedral, a wooden Russian Orthodox church. Explore the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, a tribute to the fallen soldiers. Transfer to the Square of the Republic and Monument of Independence to learn about the history of the city. Next, head to Kok-Tobe hill, which offers a fantastic view of the city from the tallest TV tower in the world. Take a short ride down the hill using the Almaty cableway. Return to the hotel and enjoy the evening at your leisure. Optional attractions at Koktobe Park are available for additional payment, including a Ferris wheel, Fast coaster, Funny train, Swans, Mirror Maze, Pirate, and Climbing wall.
Day3	Shymbulak tour & Hunting bird show After breakfast, go on an excursion to Medeo and Shymbulak. Visit the renowned Medeo ice rink, situated at an elevation of 1,691.2 meters above sea level, known for hosting various skating and ice sports competitions. Continue to the Shymbulak ski resort, located in the picturesque Zailiysky Alatau Mountains. Enjoy the scenic beauty and take in the fresh mountain air. Later, visit the Sunkar Bird Nursery, a unique facility in Kazakhstan known for its endangered bird species. Witness a falcon show and learn about falconry traditions and history. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day4	Full day Kolsai lake & Charyn excursion After breakfast, embark on an excursion to the Charyn Canyon. Marvel at the natural monument formed by sedimentary rocks over millions of years. Explore the "Valley of Castles," a popular tourist destination within the canyon. Admire the diverse flora and fauna that thrive in this unique landscape. Afterward, visit the breathtaking Kolsai Lake, known as the "blue necklace" of Northern Tien Shan. Enjoy the stunning beauty of the lake and surrounding scenery. Optional activities include a boat trip on the first lake, horseback riding or hiking to the second lake. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day5	Day at leisure - Departure After breakfast, you have the full day at leisure to explore Almaty on your own. No services are provided on this day, allowing you to customize your experience and visit places of interest at your own pace. In the evening, check-out from the hotel at 21:00. Our representative will transfer you to the airport for your departure home, leaving you with warm memories of your Almaty adventure.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. If the cancellation is received prior to 45 days or more of departure,20% of the holiday amount is non-refundable + Full cancellation for non-refundable tickets ; 44 - 31 days prior to departure, Non-refundable booking amount + 35% of the holiday cost will be deducted; if the holiday is cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to departure Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost will be deducted ; if the trip is cancelled 14 - 10 days prior to departure, Non-refundable booking amount + 75% of the holiday cost will be deducted; and if the trip is cancelled 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted. In case of non-refundable tickets, the entire amount of the ticket will be deducted.
