VISA REQUIREMENTS

• Application form
• Passport must be valid for a minimum 03 months from the date of return with 02 consecutive blank pages.
• All documents must be in English, translated to English, or in an official Swiss language.
• One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months), size must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a light background. Photo glued on application form. Head covers are not permitted except for religious reasons.
• Proof of accommodation for each night as per the entire intended trip in Schengen (for example confirmed hotel reservation(s), copy of rental contract or proof of residential property).
• Copy of flight reservation (incl. return flight).
• Travel insurance
• Personal bank statements showing the movements over the last 3 months or other verifiable evidence of sufficient means of subsistence during intended stay.
• Company letter of your employer and valid trade license OR NOC letter spouse/children
• UAE or Bahrain resident permit has to be valid for another three months (3) after the intended departure from the Schengen States.
• Household employees - Letter of your employer / sponsor

NOTE

• During the visa processing time, no passport withdrawal is possible
• The Embassy of Switzerland in Abu Dhabi reserves the right to ask for additional supporting documents and/or a personal interview

PAYMENT TERMS

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1,500 will be Non-refundable. 
2. Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable 
3. 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
4. Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

Terms & Conditions

• Rates & Availability: Rates are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
• Fixed Departure: No amendments, date changes or postponements are permitted once a fixed-departure booking is confirmed.
• Itinerary: Itinerary, sightseeing and routing may be changed/swapped due to operational requirements, weather or local conditions.
• Hotels: In case of unavailability, a similar-category hotel will be provided.
• Bed Configuration: Bed type is subject to the hotel's standard setup and local practices. Twin/double bed requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
• Air-Conditioning: AC/heating is subject to local regulations, seasonal conditions and the hotel's/transport provider's operating policy and may not be available at all times.
• Flights: Flight schedules, timings, routing are subject to airline changes and operational requirements.
• Visa & Documents: Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas and all required travel documents. Visa approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation, amendment and refund charges are subject to the applicable terms of the airline, hotel, DMC and other service providers.
• Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused, missed or partially utilized service, sightseeing, meal, transfer or accommodation.
• No-Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrival resulting in missed services.
• Local Charges: City/tourism taxes, resort fees, deposits or other mandatory locally payable charges, where applicable, are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
• Travel Insurance: Passengers aged 75 years and above may not be covered under the standard insurance included with certain packages. Additional charges may apply, subject to insurer terms.
• Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, border closures or other force majeure events, the applicable supplier/airline terms and conditions will apply.
• Third Person/Child: Third-person occupancy will be provided with an additional mattress/roll-away where applicable. Child rates and accommodation are subject to the hotel's age and occupancy policies.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

The itinerary is subject to change/swap without any prior notice.The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away. There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.

*Please note: Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay .It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel .Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise .Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours.
