Day 2
Al Masmak Fort and Al-Zal Souq tour After breakfast at the hotel, our team will pick you up and head towards Al Masmak Fort which is a vast clay and mud-brick citadel that witnessed the birth of a kingdom, Al Masmak (meaning a high, strong, and thick building). The structure serves as a proud reminder of Saudi Arabia’s storied history. (Entrance fees included). At 4 PM, head to the city’s most famous market. Souq Al-Zal remains as noisy and vibrant as when it first emerged in 1901. Everything from gold coins to quirky handicrafts and dusty antiques can be found here, including traditional Saudi items such as dallah coffee pots and mabkhara incense burners. Enjoy dinner at Najd village which boasts one of the best restaurants to serve traditional Saudi cuisine. Return back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of your day at your leisure.
Day 4
Hegra UNESCO World Heritage site & Elephant Rock tour Enjoy breakfast at the Resort. Take a tour of Hegra UNESCO World Heritage site, the largest preserved site of the Nabataean civilization South of Petra. Return to the hotel at 10:30 AM and enjoy lunch at your disposal. At 3 PM, transfer to the old town of AlUla where you will join the tour of the Old Town from 4 PM to 5 PM. With nearly 900 houses, 400 shops and 5 town squares, the Old Town of AlUla still contains remnants of some of the original stone and mud brick buildings that were constructed in the not-so-distant past. After the tour, you will have time to explore the Old Town boulevard and Al Jadida to experience the Old Town. By nightfall at 7 PM, transfer to Elephant Rock - AlUla's most famous geological formation, as it looms large over you.
Day 6
Departure Private transfer to Prince Abdulmajeed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport for your return flight. Special Notes: The above itinerary is Tentative and subject to change and the Final Itinerary will be shared at the time of Handovers.
