VISA REQUIREMENTS:

OMAN eVISA

Please find the below requirements for Oman Visa -

1. Clear Passport scan copy valid for 6 months.
2. Residence Visa valid for 6 months with High Profession.
3. Emirates ID (front & back).
4. Photograph in white background.

For Family, 1.Marriage cert & Birth Cert.

• any previous travel to Oman,
• Mother’s Name

Visa charges - AED 100 per person. Processing time- 2-3 working days. (Visa validity : 28 days stay) Note; Pax must travel from GCC to Oman.

PAYMENT TERMS:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
• Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
• 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
• Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• Passengers over 74 Years are not covered under the standard insurance we provide with Certain packages.
• Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
• In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
• Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
