Visa requirements

Following are the requirements for South Africa Visa:

1. Original passport with minimum validity of 6 months and must have at least 2 blank pages. 

2. UAE residence visa must be issued at least 3 months and above, also must be valid for at least 3 months from date of return.

3. Two recent photos (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, dark color dress up 70-80% face cover, white background).

4. Original NOC from Employer/Sponsor (should mention travel dates, purpose and financial undertaking).

• Copy of Valid Trade License, if applicant is Self-Employed/Partner.

• In case of Family, No Objection letter is required from Sponsor (Parents/Husband) with their Passport/ Visa copy and original Bank statements).

5. Applicant's Original Bank statement for last 3 months updated till date with sufficient balance and signed/stamped by bank. (not less than AED 3000 per person)

Note: Dubai and northern Emirates visa holders must submit their application in VFS Dubai with prior appointment.

Note: Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Visa holders, submit the application in the Embassy of SA in Abu Dhabi only as a walk-in. Above requirements and charges are for Dubai/Northern Emirates visa holders only.

PAYMENT TERMS: 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

1. Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1,500 will be Non-refundable. 
2. Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable 
3. 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
4. Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

4. Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
5. The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
6. There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
7. In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
8. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
9. Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible. 

PRIVACY POLICY

**Notes: **

• Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay.
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
• There will be a supplement charge of AED 195.00 per person per transfer for arrivals and departures between 11pm and 6am.
• Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event in the city.
• We will need full payment of the tour 30-days prior to departure date. 
• Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
