TURKEY - VISA REQUIREMENTS

Following are the documents required for Turkey Visa:

• Application forms (assistance will be given at the Visa application centre with free of cost)

• Original Passports and copy with validity of 6 months.

• Residence Visa and copy with validity of 3 months. 

• Emirates ID copy.

•  Copies of previous Turkey, UK, USA, or Schengen visas copies, if any

• Two Photos (5x6 cm, recent in white background, dark colour dress up, without glasses)

•  NOC letter with Salary from Company in original letterhead and original wet stamps (e-signature/e-stamp are not acceptable)

• Original Personal Bank statement for 03 months with Bank stamp and sufficient funds for an employee and self-employed (updated till 5-7 days prior to appointment date and e-stamp are not acceptable).

• Pay slips for the last 3 months (for an employee)

• Original Company Bank statement for 03 months with Bank stamp and sufficient funds for self-employed (updated till 5-7 days prior to appointment date and e-stamp are not acceptable).

• NOC for Family or dependent (if applicable) 

• Marriage certificate copy (translated in English, if applicable) 

• Birth certificate copy for children (translated in English, if applicable)

• Ticket & Hotel (we will provide for visa purpose)

• Tenancy contract (translated in English) 

• Insurance Certificate (copy will get at the visa applicant Centre)

• Invitation letter from Turkish company (for Business Visa)

• Company Trade License (for Business Visa/Self Employed)

• Processing time: 10 -15 working days after appointment.

• Visa fee: AED 495 per person to be paid at the VFS by the applicant in person.

• VFS appointment charges: AED 270 per person

Note: Both parents are mandatory to visit for minor applications.

Note: If applicant is holding valid US, UK, Schengen or Ireland Visa (with validity of minimum 6 months), they can apply Turkey eVisa online *(conditions apply on flights/airlines).

EVisa requirement:

• Original Passports and copy with validity of 6 months.

• Valid US, UK, Schengen or Ireland visa (must be valid at the time of travel),

• Previous Passport, if the above visa is stamped in the same.

Visa charges: AED 325 per person (Indian) including 7 days insurance.

Visa charges: AED 425 per person (Pakistani) including 7 days insurance. (Visa charges may change for different Nationality)

Processing time: 1-2 working days

Note: If applicant is holding valid US, UK, Schengen or Ireland Visa (with validity of minimum 6 months), they can apply Turkey e Visa online *(conditions apply on flights/airlines).

PAYMENT TERMS:

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
• Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
• 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
• Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
• Please note that in the event of a flight cancellation, a full refund or credit will be offered. However, if the client chooses to cancel the booking, the cancellation will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

• Rates are subject to availability.
• Above is just a quote, no booking has been made yet.
• Passengers 74 Years and above are not covered under the standard insurance we provide with Certain packages(additional charges may applied).
• Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
• In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
• Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

 

Notes

• Passports should be valid at least 6 months beyond the period of stay.
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
• Check-in at the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & check-out is always 11:00/12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
