NOTES:

In some cases, depending on nationality, if the status of the visa application is “Sent to the Embassy” the applicant must visit the Consulate / Embassy of Saudi by themselves with additional documents And we will put it in next group and if rejected, we will not responsible and it will non-refundable.

• Applicant’s age above 60-64 years will cost additional AED 100 per person for Insurance on
• above charges and age above 65 years will cost additional AED 250 per person
• Flu Vaccination 10 Days Prior to Travel should be taken.
• Passport should be 6 months and Emirates ID should be 3 months valid.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
