• Return Airport transfers on private basis both in Makkah and Madinah

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO PROCESS FOR UMRAH VISA: :

• Scan Passport copy - Validity 6 Months required from the return date of travel.
• Residence Visa copy - Validity 3 Months required from the return date of travel.
• Scan Passport Size Photograph

• Once the Booking is confirmed the amount is Non Refundable.

• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.

• In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.

PRIVACY POLICY

Notes:

• During the high season, quad rooms will be allocated.
• Check In to the hotel is always 16:00 & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability.
• Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay.
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
• All prices given are subject to availability.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
