THAILAND - VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIONALITIES WHO REQUIRES VISA:
- Online application (we will assist)
- Original passport - should be valid for 6 months.
- UAE Residence Visa with minimum validity of 3 months from the date of return.
- 02 recent (not older than 3 months) passport-size (35mm x 45mm) color photographs (white background with dark color dress-up, 70%face cover and should not be used in any previous visas).
- NOC from the company / sponsors (on letterhead with authorize seal & signature) stating current salary and position in the company, purpose and date of travel.
- In case of Family no objection letter required from the sponsor (husband / father)
- Applicants who are Self Employed should produce copy of valid trade license
- Copy of passport with UAE residency visa page.
- Return ticket (we will assist).
- Hotel confirmation for duration of stay (we will assist).
- Original Personal Bank statement for the last 3 months with minimum balance of AED 6500.
- Marriage certificate / Birth Certificate for kids.

PAYMENT TERMS:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1,500 will be Non-refundable.
- Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
- 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
- Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
- Please note that in the event of a flight cancellation, a full refund or credit will be offered. However, if the client chooses to cancel the booking, the cancellation will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

- The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
- There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
- In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
- You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
- Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.
*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
