VISA REQUIREMENTS - KAZAKHSTAN:

• Any Indian Passport Holder is eligible for Visa on Arrival.Below procedure with Kazakh Consulate in Dubai:

• We can arrange appointment with the Consulate, which are subject to availability.

Documents required:

1. Passport with validity of 6 Months, (must have at least 2 blank pages)
2. A copy of the UAE Resident visa and Emirates ID
3. Two recent Photograph in white background,
4. NOC from Employer in Original,
5. Ticket reservation,
6. Travel Insurance
7. Invitation letter (will take 8-15 working days).

Note:

• Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Visa holders can walk-in to the Embassy of Kazakh in Abu Dhabi with required documents.
• Dubai Visa holders required prior appointment at the Consulate of Kazakhstan.
• Visa fee: AED 296 per person to be paid at the Consulate
• Assistance charges with Insurance – AED 195 per person
• Processing time for stamping: 5-6 working days after appointment

Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Visa holders can walk-in to the Embassy of Kazakh in Abu Dhabi with required documents.

Dubai Visa holders required prior appointment at the Consulate of Kazakhstan.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• Once confirmed, booking fees of Aed 1250 will be Non-refundable.
• Prior to 60 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable + Full cancellation for nonrefundable tickets. 
• 59 and 30 days of departure: 50% of the holiday cost
•  29 and 21 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
• 20 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
