    Just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team for such an amazing travel experience in Almaty, Kazakhstan! It all started with Burhan, our sales consultant, who was super helpful and patient while we figured out the details of our trip. He really listened and helped us put together something that matched exactly what we were looking for. Once things moved over to planning, Rishelle from operations took care of everything so smoothly. Every little detail was handled perfectly – we didn't have to stress about a thing and overall with Musafir. And a huge shoutout to Ilias, our tour guide – he was amazing!     Thank you team Musafir for being our guide to discovering Europe. It is indeed a relief that ours was one of the less stressed Europe trips. Enchanting Paris is indeed one of the most beautiful cities of the world. It's architecture is beyond description with sculptures and detail oriented pillars. Being a city of love adds to the magic in the air. Blissful Switzerland was the next in list with wonder train rides to the top of snowy peaks. Not to forget the city of Zurich which is a must-visit place and one of the happiest places to be in. No wonder Lindt home of chocolate is located there. Above all, have to mention our tour manager Mr Nishad, who took the whole journey to the next level. His "good mor-noon" directions everyday enlivened everyone in the bus. It pushed us forward to explore Europe better. Being a group with babies as young as 8-months we had our own terms of fun. I completely recommend Musafir group to any future travellers who are looking forward to rediscovering themselves in the midst of Europe.

    I have booked with Musafir.com for trips for Bali and Japan. Both trips was well planned and visited/covered many places. Being a vegetarian and travelling with infant, people think this as problem, but did not find difficulty as the guide arranged them well both for us and for infant. The hotels booked are also good in both my trips. Overall these trips are like sit and enjoy, planning will be done by Musafir.     Booked Thailand trip ( krabi and phuket) with them and it was perfect from the moment I contacted them to know the trip details to the moment I am back. Tour guide Mai was a very nice person , well organised and I loved the trip with her. Huzaifa for musafir office was v good inspite I ask alot but everytime he gets back to me on time and with the required information. The hotels in both krabi and phuket were v good, clean and near main areas. Transportation from/to phuket was very good and the bus was v clean. Tours as well were well organised and included in the package. My only comment is the lunch @the islands was not good ... I give them.

    We just completed our tour to Latvia with Musafir. This was our 5th tour with the group and as always the organisation was meticulous. The flight timings, the Hotel selected at the destination and the tour programmes were perfect in terms of duration and venues covered. The guides were knowledgeable and provided an excellent explantion of the tourist spots visited. Generally from the time of pick up from Riga Airport, the guide explained the culturev of Latvia, gave recommendations of places to enjoy Latvian Cuisine, shopping centres and the like. Overall the tour was a memorable event and we look forward to planning our next trip with Musafir.
