Free cancellation

• Free cancellation policy is allowed only once for online flight bookings made until the 30th of September, 2017 on musafir.com 
• Cancellation will be free only if the coupon code is successfully entered on the booking page
• Flight cancellation must be done at least 72 hours prior to the date of flight
• Offer only valid on refundable flights as per airlines rules
• Free Cancellation is NOT VALID for partially used tickets
• Post cancellation (as per airline rules), the balance amount will be given to the customer as a musafir voucher to be used on his next flight.

Free date/name change

• The free date/name change can be used only once for flight bookings made until the 30th Septemeber, 2017 on musafir.com
• Date change and name change is subject to same fare class availability as per the airline rules i.e. Fare difference if any has to be borne by the passenger. Name change can only be applicable for refundable tickets.
• The flight date/name change will be free only if the coupon code is successfully entered on the booking page
• Either a FREE Date Change or a FREE Cancellation or a FREE Name Change can be used. Both offers cannot be used for the same booking.

• What if I forgot to enter the coupon code while booking my flight?

  You will not be eligible to redeem the offer if you haven't successfully entered the coupon code

• What if only one passenger out of all wants a flight cancellation? Will the offer still be applicable?

  Yes, the offer will still be applicable to just one passenger's flight cancellation 

• Is the Big Deal offer valid on non-refundable flights as well?

  No, the offer is valid only on refundable flights 

• In case of date change, what if the new flight booking charges are lesser than what I paid earlier?

  If the price of your date change booking is lesser than the first flight booked, we will refund the balance amount
