What do I need to apply
Original Passport must have validity of minimum 6 months from the date of entry If UAE Visa is in an old passport, then both passports must be submitted
- Valid UAE Visa for minimum 3 months from the date of return.
- Two recent passport-size colour Photographs (size 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) with white background (not older than 6 month).
- Letter of No Objection from the company/Sponsor. - In case of Family, No Objection letter is required from Sponsor (Parents) with their Passport/ Visa copy.
- Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months (with bank stamp on all pages, should be updated within a week of appointment date) with sufficient funds/closing balance.
- Return Ticket.
- Proof of accommodation in Schengen states.
- Travel Insurance (valid for duration of stay in Schengen States).
- Photocopies of your Passport, residence Visa, Emirates ID, and previous Schengen/USA/UK visa, if any.
- Pay slips for last 6 months,
- Marriage cert/Birth Cert (for Spouse/Child)
- Invitation letter (for Business visa)
- Company trade license (for Business visa)

Yes, you need to submit a written document stating the purpose of your visit and itinerary.

What are the steps involved in visa processing?
- 1. Organise the required documents and visa application fee, and send the same to our retail outlet for visa processing.
- 2. We will print and fill the visa application form and prepare additional documents if required.
- 3. Once ready, the application will have to be submitted in person by the applicant at the VFS visa application center.
- 4. Applications will only be accepted after the verification of all required documents and receipt of complete payment.

Once accepted, visa applications require a minimum of 10 to 15 working days to process and may take longer.

No, the visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if the visa application is rejected.

What should be the validity on my passport?
For tourist visa, the passport and residence visa should be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
