Established in 2010, Rotana Jet has its head office at Al Bateen Executive Airport, U.A.E. The airline operated only charter flights between emirates. The airline started the first flight to Sir BaniYas island in 2012. Besides, the first flight to Fujairah made the airline to become the first to connect both emirates. Rotana Jet is the first and only privately owned air carrier of U.A.E. having Air Operating Certificate by UAE GCAA.
The airline operates both scheduled and executive charter flights. Rotana Jet is exceptionally located for corporate clients and domestics passengers in a similar way. Rotana Jet dynamically supports the unrelenting and sustainable growth in the UAE and Arabian Gulf region.
The fleet
The airline has a total of 5 aircraft. This includes A319, A319 VIP, 3 Embraer ERJ-145s. The Executive Charter fleet consists of the legendary Gulfstream G450, the market leader in its sector with true intercontinental capability for up to 16 passengers. In August of 2012, the G450 was joined by a new Airbus A319ER in a bespoke 50 seat configuration capable of flying non-stop from Abu Dhabi to London, Singapore, Johannesburg or Casablanca. Rotana Jet plans to expand its fleet, capabilities and route network to meet the dynamic needs of the market.
Destinations
The airline caters to other emirates like Delma, and Sir BaniYas Island. The airline terminated its operations in Al- Ain, Fujairah, and Dubai. Besides, it has international flights to Sri Lanka, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bangladesh,and Bahrain. The airline flies an Executive Charter flight to Pakistan as well. The airline also plans to operate flights in Egypt and Muscat soon.
Business Class
The charter flights consisted of legendary Gulfstream G450. It had a capability of 16 passengers and Airbus A319ER with 32 business class and 18 economy class seats. It had the configuration of flying non-stop from Abu Dhabi to London, Singapore, Johannesburg, and Casablanca.
Onboard Facilities
The airline has in-flight entertainment screens on the A319 provided by Airvod Entertainment Ltd. Meals are also served on long-haul flights with all the amenities. In the air and on the ground, Rotana Jet continues to set service benchmarks in terms of safety, quality and customer service.
Online booking and Check In
Rotana Jet provides online booking through Musafir. The passengers can do their check-in at the airport. At present, the airline does not have the facility of online web check-in. Tickets can be booked on their official website.
