Overview

This exclusive offer allows customers to secure their seat on selected UAE National Day holiday packages by paying a deposit of AED 500. The remaining balance can be paid anytime within 60 days of the booking date.



Eligibility

  • Offer valid for bookings made between 15 August 2025 and 15 September 2025.
  • Applicable on selected UAE National Day holiday packages only.
  • Open to all UAE residents aged 18 years and above.


    • Booking & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of AED 500 per person is required to reserve your seat.
  • The remaining amount must be paid within 60 days from the date of booking.
  • Important: Your booking price is locked at the time of seat reservation.

    • If prices fluctuate later, the customer must still pay the original package price at the time of booking.

  • Bookings not completed within the 60-day window will be automatically cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Online Bank Transfers
  • Secure payment links sent via authroized musafir.com emails
  • In-person at musafir.com branches (where available)


    • Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The AED 500 seat deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Once full payment is made, musafir.com’s standard cancellation policy will apply.
  • Changes or reschedules are allowed based on availability and may incur charges.
