Day1	ARRIVAL IN ALMATY - EARLY CHECK IN - CITY TOUR - KOK TOBE EXCURSION Arrive in Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan Meeting & greeting at the airport. Transfer to the hotel and check-in and get freshen up. Guaranteed early check - in will be provided. Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark for a city tour of Almaty. During the Almaty city tour we will discover the Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Zenkov Cathedral, the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, Arbat, the Square of the Republic and Monument of Independence and more places to explore! Later, continue to the recreational park Kok Tobe by a cable car. Return to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day2	MEDEO, SHYMBULAK MOUNTAIN RESORT Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, Excursion to the world’s largest high-mountain skating rink – Medeu and Shymbulak mountain resort. After spending some time at Medeu, take the cable car from the Medeu area to Shymbulak Ski Resort. Shymbulak is a popular ski resort located in the same area. Day3	EXCURSION TO OI QARAGAI LESNAYA MOUNTAIN RESORT After breakfast, we will discover the Mountain Resort «Oi-Qaragai Lesnaya Skazka Lesnaya Skazka Mountain Resort is set in a quiet area of the Ile-Alatau National Park, 7 km from Bes Qaynar and a 35-minute drive from Almaty. VISA REQUIREMENTS - KAZAKHSTAN

• Any Indian Passport Holder is eligible for Visa on Arrival.

• Pre-submit documents for review, such as Passport, UAE visa & Invitation letter

• UAE residence visa with minimum validity of 3 months

Note: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Visa holders can walk-in to the Embassy of Kazakh in Abu Dhabi with required documents.

Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets.
• 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost
• 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost
• 14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
• 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
• Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

• Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise
• 14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
• Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability
