    1. Travel requirements

      1. Before you fly


      2. i. Check on your destination port's rules and restrictions regarding quarantine

      3. Before heading to the airport


      4. i. Do a quick document check - PCR test report and approval from destination or origin port to travel (if required), health declaration form, quarantine undertaking form, ticket, boarding pass, visa. 
        ii. Check in online and have your boarding pass available on your phone 
        iii. Continuously monitor yourself for any COVID-19 symptoms 
        iv. Keep your essentials ready in your bag - extra masks, hand sanitiser, gloves.
      5. At the airport


      6. i. Reach the airport 4 hours before departure time to allow enough time for thermal temperature check and baggage drop 
        ii. Maintain social distance. Only sit in the designated seating areas. 
        iii. Continue to wear your mask and only proceed to the gate once you're called by the gate staff. 
        iv. Lounges and smoking areas are closed. F&B outlets are limited. 
        v. If you're taking a bus to the aircraft, maintain social distance of 2 m from all other passengers and continue to wear a mask

    3. Amidst the current pandemic, every country has their own requirements in place to limit and protect their citizens' exposure to the virus. Please thoroughly check the documents required by the destination country before you travel.

    4. Are you flying to or from Dubai?

    5. Dubai is now open for tourists. Here's everything you need to know before getting to or transiting through the UAE. All passengers travelling to Dubai must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate to be accepted on the flight. The certificate must be for a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) swab test taken a maximum of 96 hours before departure. SMS and digital certificates are not accepted.
